It´s Kael`thas starting item grants the holder +3 to all stats. and is also his escape route to Outland, But beware the Fel horde is an formidable foe you should try to ally yourself with him instead of fighting.
Uses[]
- When placed on the ground beside the portal in the dalaran dungeons, opens a portal to Netherstorm in outland.
- The portal lasts for 60 seconds, and is usable by anyone, so beware of enemies.
- After entering the portal the Blood Elves will be granted their new main city, Tempest Keep, as their second in-game chance.
